Shipping Policy: We will ship within 72 hours of receiving the order and the payment. Cancellation Policy: We ship all our orders within 2-3 days upon receiving the order. You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched. Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email on your registered email id along with the tracking details. Assortia reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time. Exchange Policy: We provide exchanges for any product that is received damaged or in a condition that hinders the use of the product.To avail the exchange we will require you to follow the below steps: a) send a video of opening the package and detailed picture/video of the damage b) inform us if you'd like the same product in exchange or any other c) ship the product back to us after confirmation from our end d) after receiving the damaged product, we will process the exchange product requested by you with the applicable charges e) in case, you do not wish to exchange any product for the damaged one then we will provide you with a credit note that will be valid for a year and can be used towards any future purchases. Please Note: Whether the damage is worthy of exchange will totally depend on team Assortia's discretion. Refund Policy: If any cancellation of the order is made from our end due to unforeseen circumstance, then we will provide a complete refund. The refund will be made within 3 workings days and the receipt of the same will be shared on your registered email id.
